Explore one of Australia's most famous landmarks, admire towering cliff faces and crushing ocean waves.

This outdoor hands-on workshop will help you push your photographic skills to the next level. Personally guided by Oat, he will be able to show you the best spots along the coast as well as teach you the techniques required to get those amazing shots.

PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

• Visit Hopetoun Falls when the sun starts to rise and peak through the fog lighting the forest floor below.

• Photograph the Californian Redwoods.

• A small focus group allows Oat to be able to concentrate on your needs and at the same time some great ideas often come from fellow photographers.

TRAVEL INFORMATION (From Avalon)

FRIDAY: Avalon Airport, pick up a rental car. Drive to Apollo Bay. Settle in for the night or Astro.

​

SATURDAY: One of Australia's best kept secret waterfall - Marriners Falls. Then make our way to the magnificent Hopetoun Falls. Visit towering Californian Redwoods while exploring the forest floor in the early afternoon.
Drive to Port Campbell and visit 12 Apostles, Gibson Steps to capture the stunning sunset. Check in at Port Campbell for dinner. Then out for astro at London Bridge or 12 Apostles.

 

SUNDAY: Sunrise at 12 Apostles overlooking Gibson Steps. Explore other rock formations such as London Bridge, The Arch, The Grotto, Loch Ard Gorge, Bakers Oven. Sunset at Gibson Steps or 12 Apostles. Drive back to Avalon Airport

TRAVEL INFORMATION (From Warrnambool)

FRIDAY: Home Pick up or self drive to Port Campbell to check in. Astro is possible on the first night.

SATURDAY: Sunrise at 12 Apostles overlooking Gibson Steps. From here, we will drive to Apollo Bay. Visit one of Australia's best kept secret waterfall - Marriners Falls. Then make our way to the magnificent Hopetoun Falls. Visit towering Californian Redwoods while exploring the forest floor in the early afternoon. Sunset back at the 12 Apostles.
